Vicky Cassens Zillioux
Senior Partner, Real Estate and Mortgage Lending Consultancy
Cassens Zillioux heads the Real Estate and Mortgage Lending consulting practice at Strategic Development Worldwide. She combines general marketing strategy for the organization along with development of the consulting operation into the real estate and lending markets.
Her experience in mortgage lending from origination to secondary market and Wall Street, software production and data management gives her a combined background that provides an understanding of the business needed for long term strategic planning.
Her background includes working in senior level management positions with TRW, American Savings Bank, as well as independent management consulting with large lending institutions. This breadth of experience gives her a keen insight into the financial industry and understanding from the customers' viewpoint.
As a part of her experience in mortgage lending, Vicky has frequently moderated and participated in panel discussions for a variety of organizations including the Mortgage Bankers Association and the Appraisal Institute. She has also presented papers at various real estate conferences including the European Real Estate Society where she has presented papers at the annual conferences in Dublin, London, and Weimar, Germany. Vicky holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance with an emphasis in real estate from San Diego State University. She also holds the Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA) designation with the Appraisal Institute.
